        Multe persoane m-au intrebat, ce pot face pentru a creste in masa musculara. Raspunsul meu a fost "Mananca mai mult !". Ei imi spun: "dar mananc foarte mult!". Ii intreb "Cate mese mananci in fiecare zi ?", iar raspunsul lor este "cam 2 - 3 mese.         Astazi vreau sa iti prezint unul dintre antrenamentele mele preferate de cardio si anume, cel de intensitate ridicata pe intervale. Acest tip de cardio (cunoscut si sub denumirea de HIIT cardio --- sau High Intensity Interval Training) este unul dintre cele mai eficiente metode (dovedite stiintific) de a arde excesul de grasime corporala.

When I hear this stuff I’m like “Bro, you mad?”, but beginners and less knowledgeable people hear this and they be like “That guy is huge, let’s do what he says”.
